The Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry (MCHI-CREDAI), Formed in 1982, has been the most prominent and the only recognized body of Real Estate Developer in Mumbai and MMR. The Silver Jubilee or the 25th Edition of the MCHI-CREDAI Real Estate & Housing Finance Exhibition is scheduled in October 2015 at BKC.
The four -day annual property exhibition by MCHI-CREDAI at the Bandra Kurla Complex will focussed on affordable housing, this year. There will be a separate pavilion for projects in the low-cost range. State Housing Minister Prakash Mehta inaugurated the exhibition Thursday. The exhibition now in its 25th year and a tie-up with online realty portal housing.com for the first time, features over 300 exhibitors with over 80000 units on the block for sale.
